Dylina Communications
Privacy policy
Effective October 27, 2026
Dylina Communications is the email integration in a private DylinaOS workspace operated by Robert Dylina. This policy explains how the app handles Google account and Gmail data for its invited users.
Data we access
When you connect Google, the app receives the permissions you approve and OAuth access and refresh tokens. Depending on the features you enable, it accesses:
- Your Google account email address and basic account identity to identify and verify the connected mailbox.
- Gmail messages, including senders, recipients, subjects, timestamps, labels, read status, message content and attachments, to display, search and work with your mail.
- Drafts and outgoing message content you prepare, plus sending or mailbox-management permissions when you approve those features.
- Connection status, permission decisions and operational records needed to secure and operate the integration.
Connecting Google does not automatically give every user or agent in DylinaOS access to your mailbox. Application permissions and mailbox assignments govern access separately.
How we use the data
We use this data to provide the email features you request: synchronize and display messages, search mail, open attachments, organize mail, prepare drafts, send reviewed correspondence and carry out authorized workflows. We also use necessary operational records to diagnose failures, enforce permissions, investigate security issues and recover the service.
When you request AI assistance or enable a specific workflow, relevant email content and attachments may be processed by the AI or service providers configured for that task. An agent needs explicit mailbox access, and outgoing email requires human review of the exact draft.
Sharing and limited use
We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or use it to determine creditworthiness. Dylina Communications does not use data obtained from Google Workspace APIs to develop, improve or train generalized, non-personalized AI or machine-learning models. Task-specific AI processing must follow these same restrictions.
Data is shared only as needed to provide the authorized features, including with Google and the configured infrastructure, AI or service providers involved in your task. Human access is limited to authorized users, explicitly assigned agents and authorized support or security work, or where required by law. We do not grant unrelated parties access to mailbox content.
Dylina Communications’ use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements, and the Google Workspace API User Data and Developer Policy.
Storage and protection
The private DylinaOS installation stores imported messages and attachments, drafts, connection configuration and operational records needed for its features. OAuth credentials are encrypted in the application’s credential vault. Sign-in, mailbox permissions and approval controls restrict access. The workspace is separate from this public information website.
Backups and recovery records may contain application data. Configured external services may process or retain data under their applicable service terms and the requirements of the authorized task. No system can guarantee absolute security.
Retention and deletion
Imported email, drafts and related records can remain in DylinaOS while needed for the connected workspace and its authorized workflows. Disconnecting an account or revoking Google access stops future authorized API access; it does not automatically delete previously imported data, operational records or backups.
To request deletion of imported mail, account data or other records, contact rdylina@gmail.com and identify the connected account and the data you want removed. The operator will verify the request and remove data that is no longer required. Security, audit, legal preservation and backup recovery requirements may affect what can be removed immediately; the operator will explain any applicable retention. Deleting copies in DylinaOS does not by itself delete your Gmail messages.
Your choices
You choose whether to connect Google and which requested permissions to approve. You can manage the connection in DylinaOS or revoke the app from your Google Account’s third-party connections. Features requiring that access will then stop working. Contact the operator for help inspecting your connection or changing application and agent mailbox access.
This public website
This website publishes app information and this policy. It does not connect to Gmail or collect mailbox content. The pages do not include advertising, analytics scripts or contact forms. The hosting providers may process ordinary request information, such as IP address, browser details and request time, to deliver and secure the site.
Changes and contact
We will update this policy when the app’s data practices change and change the effective date above. Material changes to Google data access or use require the appropriate notice and consent.
