Dylina Communications

Part of DylinaOS

Your mail, connected to your work.

Dylina Communications connects Gmail to a private workspace for reading email, working with attachments and preparing correspondence with human review.

What the app does

Mail in context.

Read and find email

Import and display messages, search connected mail and open attachments within the permissions granted to your mailbox.

Prepare reviewed replies

Create and review drafts. Sending requires an authorized mailbox and human review of the exact draft.

Keep work organized

Use workspace labels and authorized email workflows. Google mailbox changes require the corresponding Google and application permissions.

Use assistance deliberately

Enable selected agents or services for specific work. An agent can access mail only when it has the required mailbox assignment and permissions.

Connecting Google

You choose the access.

With your consent, Dylina Communications accesses your Google account identity, Gmail messages, message details and attachments to provide its email features. Sending access supports reviewed outgoing correspondence; mailbox-management access is requested separately when those features are enabled.

Relevant message content may be processed by the AI or service providers configured for an authorized task. Read the privacy policy for storage, sharing, retention and disconnection details.

You can remove the app’s Google access from your Google Account. DylinaOS sign-in and mailbox permissions remain separate from Google consent.

Access & support

An app for its invited users.

Dylina Communications is operated by Robert Dylina as part of a private DylinaOS installation. There is no public account registration. The workspace is available only on its authorized network and requires sign-in.

For help with Google consent, account access or privacy, contact rdylina@gmail.com.
